Broncos 2010 Match-Up Analysis: Run? Duh, But Tons Of Passing Coming
While the Broncos have a good schedule for the run-game, this year it looks like they'll get an even better benefit for their passing game.
Kyle Orton has been drafted almost dead last (14th round in Yahoo drafts), but based on his schedule and last year's stats, he should wind up closer to the top 15 in production. Only 8 quarterbacks had more completions than Orton last year
Just in time to have one less star receiver, their schedule is chock full of teams that were horrible at defending the pass last year.
Run Happy, Pass Ecstatic

In my analysis of the Denver Broncos' 2010 match-ups, I looked at the run and pass defenses rankings from last year. The worst defenses are color-coded green (IE, favorable match-up) and the best are red (unfavorable match-up).
We can see that the Broncos have 7 run match-ups where they face a team ranked over 19th worst and there's a great string of match-ups at the end of the year that could give your fantasy team a nice shot in the arm when you need it for the playoff push.
The passing match-ups look even stronger with 8 favorable games. The question is - who will be making those catches? Jabar Gaffney looks to benefit greatly from the exit of Brandon Marshall. Eddie Royal could benefit tremendously too.
If their running backs - Moreno and Buckhalter can play double-threat, the healthier of the two should put up great numbers, but the Broncos swap running partners like Jessie James.
