Chicago Bears: "Playoffs? Don't talk about playoffs!"
Ah yes, the famous words from Jim Mora Sr. that we all know and guilty of listening to over and over again.
But unlike Mora in that classic clip, Lovie Smith should be talking about the playoffs. After all, the Bears now find themselves primed to make it back to the postseason.
I know, I know: Rex Grossman is inconsistent, the D is banged up, Benson is gone (is that good or bad?), and Ron Turner couldn't develop a sensible game plan if his life—or job—depended on it.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
I've heard it all and in many cases said those things myself, but something is different this time as Da Bears once again try to put back to back W's together—that's right, its Sexy Rexy.
I know most people are still on the edge of their seat wondering when Rex will have his inevitable "meltdown" game, but to that I say you should just sit back, relax, and accept that Bad Rex is gone forever.
Now some of you may wonder why I should make such a bold statement like that. Well, its simple really, since his benching the kid has yet to falter even when you absolutely knew he would.
How many people last year would've actually thought Rex would do what he did against Denver in the 4th quarter and OT? I know I wouldn't have. I would've changed the channel faster than Jay Mariotti changes his stance on...well, just about anything.
But this round with Rex has been different. You could actually see that he wasn't flustered, that he was going to go out there and try and win the game without fear of blowing it. I mean, what could Lovie do, bench him again?
No friends, this is a nex and improved Rex Grossman. He's been back for 3 games and tossed only one pick, one that came on a throw that Berrian lost his footing trying to fight for.
Now, he hasn't completely lost his turnover bug, but no longer will you find yourself repeatedly saying: "Rex, what the f*** was that!"
Rex is the QB now in Chicago, and if the Bears don't get into the playoffs, its not going be Rex's fault, I can assure of that much.
