Cardinals "Sinned" Themselves, and What's With The Broncos?
Losing Warner to retirement? Well, it had to happen at some point.
Losing Boldin to the Ravens? Well, they have Breaston, and now two decent draft picks.
Losing Rolle to the Giants? Well, he wasn't the Pro Bowler he had been, but at least the Giants aren't in the same division.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Losing Dansby to the Dolphins? Priceless--in a very bad way!
I am very glad I am not a Cards fan! Just thinking about how Karlos took that fumble recovery into the endzone to beat the Packers would make me want to puke!
Dansby should immediately improve a Fins D that was mediocre in 2009 but decent in 2008. It also means they can draft a nose tackle in round #1 to replace aging and injured Jason Ferguson, another LB in round #2, and a WR Fins fans are whining for in round #3.
While we're on the subject of Parcells-ville, you have to like the cajones of the Fins front office. Wham-boom. They need the bucks to sign Dansby, so they just cut the heck out of the dead wood. "Gerbil" Wilson was gone, not because he was terrible (he was disappointing, but not terrible), but because they needed his salary to help sign Dansby. Cutting Porter as they had planned to do, as well as Ayodele, who really stunk up the joint last year, helped clear the money they'd need.
Getting rid of that trio was necessary, but not signing Nate Jones? This nickle safety was a good one for them, and I think they may rue the decision not to sign him.
Naturally, Jones signed with the Broncos. Naturally?
Naturally. In the 2009 off-season, Miami lost three stalwarts of that decent 2008 defense--FS Renaldo Hill, CB Andre Goodman, and aging DE Vonnie Holliday--all to Denver, and the trio helped make new coach's Josh McDaniels' defense much improved over 2008, at least in the first half of the 2009 season. Holliday, despite his age (mid-30s), was Denver's best lineman pass rusher. And now they have Nate Jones.
So what's the connection? And isn't it ironic that the guy who remade the Bronco D last year, Mike Nolan, will remake the Dolphin D this year!
So here is the connection: Josh McDaniels. So impressed must he have been with Miami's improved defense in 2008--think that "Wildcat" game in week 3, when Sparano's crew defied all expectations, all logic, and all that's holy when they annihilated McDaniels' team at the time, the Patriots--that when he took over the Broncos, he grabbed up as many former Fins as he could.
At least that's my speculation.
