Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Yet not only has Buffalo climbed back to .500, they also have a chance at—dare I say it—the AFC wild card.
The Bills aren't even supposed to be Buffalo's best sports team.
After the Bills lost their first three games, fans thought "Here we go again."
The injuries continued to hinder them. Buffalo lost players like Everett, rookie LB Paul Pozluszny, and S Ko Simpson for the season.
They lost key guys like QB JP Losman and LB Coy Wire, amongst many others, for various lengths of time.
Yet the team never gave up, even when everyone thought them to be dead.
After Week 3, their offensive ranking was 32nd—dead last.
Their defensive rank? Also dead last.
However, the Bills responded by winning four of their next five games.
Their only loss was to Dallas in the infamous Monday night game, where they more than competed well—they almost stunned the nation.
But they rebounded from that heartbreak to win three straight, trumping the vaunted Ravens defense and surviving the Bengals' offensive attack.
The most important game at Ralph Wilson Stadium this year is supposed to be the Sabres and the Pittsburgh Penguins in the New Year's Day "Amp'd Winter Classic."
But if the Bills make the playoffs for the first time since 1999, that opinion will change.
Because nobody circles the wagons like those Buffalo Bills...
