After a Match, It Seems That The Reds Have Found The Place They Belong
Liverpool kick-started their Europa League campaign with a narrow 1-0 win over Unirea Urziceni yesterday, courtesy of a late goal from David N'gog.
Not the most convincing display I agree, but the one-goal advantage as well as a clean sheet at home have put Liverpool in a commanding position, before traveling to Romania next week for the return leg.
However, not many people look at the result positively. Pessimist fans continue to moan about Liverpool's lack of flair, while others have taken opportunity to rub it in.

"Liverpool Find Their Level".
That was the first thing I saw as I was about to check my Yahoo mail.
"The scary thing was that Rafa Benitez's side looked like they should be playing at this new, less glamorous level", quoted from Eurosport Early Doors.
So, after one match, some have actually concluded that Liverpool are only good enough for Europa League?
Unirea came to Anfield hoping to settle for a goalless draw, and credits to them, they managed to contain Liverpool for a big part of the match.
But playing against Unirea is never a walk in the park.
For your information, they too were competing in the Champions League in the first half of the season, finishing ahead of Scottish champion Rangers in the group phase. Yes, they finished third with eight points, SIX ahead of Rangers, in the Champions League!
It's funny how people jump into conclusion these days, or was that just another foolish attempt to take a go at Liverpool?
If a line can be drawn just after halfway through the two-legged Round of 32 of the Europa League, does that mean that Valencia—current third-placed team in La Liga—don't even deserve to be in the second-tier European competition because they lost to Brugge yesterday?
And Roma, currently lying second in the Serie A, don't deserve to be there as well, having lost to Panathinaikos yesterday?
When Jermaine Beckford scored the only goal in Leeds United win over Manchester United in the FA Cup 3rd Round three days into the new decade, did it mean that Leeds were already worthy enough for the Premiership? Or that Manchester United only deserved to be in English football third tier?
