Donte' Stallworth Signs with Ravens, but Is Only Part of the Answer at WR
It has just been reported by NBC Sports that wide receiver Donte' Stallworth has signed with the Baltimore Ravens to a one-year, $900,000 contract with $300,000 in playing incentives.
Released the Monday after the Super Bowl by the Cleveland Browns, which coincided with his reinstatement that same day, Stallworth also worked out with the Detroit Lions last week and was rumored to be working out for the Cincinnati Bengals too.
Stallworth may be a very motivated receiver. But it all depends on whether he is willing to put his past behind him to focus on the present and this new opportunity to redeem his career.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Ravens have needed help at receiver for the past several seasons, and other receivers that have been rumored in trade talks are Cardinals receiver Anquan Boldin and Broncos receiver Brandon Marshall.
Stallworth by no means is a true No. 1 receiver in the NFL, and he is not the lone answer to help build up this position on the Ravens' roster.
Another name that may interest the Ravens is unrestricted free agent Antonio Bryant of the Buccaneers, who also fits the mold of low risk, high reward like Stallworth.
Whether or not the Ravens pursue Boldin, Marshall, or Bryant remains to be seen, but signing Stallworth shows Ravens fans that the front office knows that the receiver position is a focus in this offseason to better the team for 2010.
