Arsenal Say Bye as Chelsea and Manchester United Only Ones Left in Race
After their convincing win against Arsenal at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea proved they really do have what it takes to win the Premier League title.
And for the second Sunday in a row, Arsenal failed to pick up any points as they once again collapsed to defeat in London, leaving just Chelsea and Manchester United left in the Premier League title race.
Following their lacklustre showing last weekend against Manchester United , where they succumbed to a 3-1 defeat at the Emirates Stadium, the Gunners again failed to properly sparkle.

Against United, Arsenal failed to shine as their lack of strength, defensive concentration, and tactical awareness were emphatically emphasised.
Now against Chelsea, despite shining in the second half, it was the same old story as they sunk to a crushing 2-0 defeat.
These are results that leave Arsenal a colossal nine points behind the Premier League leaders Chelsea, and seven points behind second placed Manchester United.
Whilst this season in English Football has been very idiosyncratic, with upsets happening not just in the FA Cup and Carling Cup, one surely has to say it seems very unlikely Arsenal can overturn such a massive points gap.
This is especially the case if Arsenal fail to rectify their problems in future games, with the Gunners having upcoming matches against the likes of Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, Birmingham City, and Manchester City.
Liverpool are an improved team from the one that started the 2009/10 season and could punish Arsenal if manager Rafael Benitez can get his players to fully understand and implement his tactics.
Tottenham Hotspur have some brilliant attacking talent in the likes of Jermain Defoe, Peter Crouch, Roman Pavlyuchenko, and now Eidur Gudjohnsen (on loan from AS Monaco) and could well capitalise on any defensive lapses the Gunners display.
Birmingham City are an up-and-coming team and can seal a win if Arsenal have the off days they're having at the moment.
Manchester City have beaten Arsenal already this season, and they look as if they can do it again after the Gunners' recent performances. Then again, this is the same Manchester City who lost 2-1 to Hull City!
Chelsea and Manchester United, unlike the Gunners in recent times, have both displayed a strong physical presence on the field, superb implementation of masterful tactics, and sound defences, conceding only a limited number of goals.
Both teams also have stand-out players who can change the game when the going gets rough.
Chelsea have Didier Drogba, who can seemingly fashion a goalscoring opportunity out of nothing, as well as Ashley Cole, John Terry (private life aside), and Nicolas Anelka who are all displayed stand-out performances so far this season.
Manchester United have England talisman Wayne Rooney, who is in the form of his life, while Nani in recent games has switched on the play as he tries to fill the boots of Cristiano Ronaldo.
Arsenal on the other hand, despite their fans' protestations, only have Cesc Fabregas who can turn a game around; for any player, when the rest of the team is not helping them out, the task of standing out from the crowd and inspiring the team to success is made even tougher.
Hence, this is why it will be an incredibly tough task indeed if Arsenal are to win the Premier League.
A task that most will think too much to accomplish, leaving Manchester United and Chelsea as the only teams left in the race for the 2009/10 Premier League title.
