
Police Arrest Suspect in Roquan Smith Stolen Bears Playbook Case
The Clarke County Sheriff's Office has arrested the man suspected of stealing items from the car of Chicago Bears linebacker Roquan Smith.
Per TMZ Sports, Landyn Durham surrendered to police and was charged with felony suspicion of entering an automobile.
Per Phil Thompson of the Chicago Tribune, Smith told police an iPad with the Bears playbook and some of his college memorabilia, including his Georgia jersey from the College Football Playoff Championship Game, were stolen from his car last weekend.

Other items taken included a Georgia helmet, headphones, watches and shoes.
Smith said in a May 9 video on Twitter that most of the stolen merchandise had been recovered and returned to him. TMZ noted the iPad is still missing, but the Bears were able to wipe the information stored on it.
Durham, who is a student at the University of Georgia, is also facing charges for "hitting a second car in the same parking lot belonging to a Georgia lacrosse player."
Smith appeared in all 28 games for the Bulldogs over the past two seasons, including 15 starts in 2017. He was selected No. 8 overall by the Bears in the 2018 NFL draft last month.
