
Bayern Munich Transfer News: Niklas Dorsch Says He 'Definitely' Wants to Leave
Bayern Munich youngster Niklas Dorsch has confirmed he wants to leave the Bundesliga club despite marking his first team debut with a goal against Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday.
According to Sport1 (via Goal's Don Farrell), Dorsch, 20, has rejected the offer of a new deal—his current contract expires in the summer—and he said after the Frankfurt clash he is set on departing the Allianz Arena: "The state of affairs was that I definitely want to take the next step. I do not know where that is [but], in any case, it is not here."
He added he was not going to mimic Lars Lukas Mai, who recently signed a contract with the Bundesliga champions despite being widely expected to leave.

A central midfielder of great potential, Dorsch joined Bayern's youth setup in 2012.
He was made captain of the club's reserves for at the start of the 2017-18 campaign, and Bayern provided his statistics ahead of his senior debut:
Dorsch has represented Germany at under-15s, under-17s and under-19s.
His revelation that he is looking for a move is likely to prompt interest from a number of clubs across Europe, not least as he looks set to be available for free.
