NHL Playoffs 2018: TV Schedule, Live-Stream Guide for Friday's Stanley Cup Games
If the Philadelphia Flyers have any fight left, they need to show it Friday night, when they go on the road for Game 5 of their playoff series with the Pittsburgh Penguins.
The two-time defending Stanley Cup champions won Games 3 and 4 in Philadelphia, and they have a 3-1 edge in the first-round series.
The Flyers have no margin for error, but after suffering 7-0, 5-1 and 5-0 defeats to their longtime rival, they must summon their best effort in Game 5.

The only thing Philadelphia has to build off of is that its only victory in the series came in Game 2 at PPG Paints Arena, proving the team can win on the road.
However, the defense and the goaltending must significantly improve if the Flyers are going to hang in this game for 60 minutes.
Philadelphia general manager Ron Hextall is not happy with his team's execution through the first four games of the series.
"It's not compete; for us it's execution," Hextall said, per Dan Rosen of NHL.com. "We're not executing. We're not making enough plays. We're not showing up in the right spots. We're not finishing. There's a lot of little things that we've done wrong."
Claude Giroux and defenseman Shayne Gostisbehere are both minus-7 in this series, and the Flyers will need both of them to step up if they are going to extend their postseason beyond Game 5.
The Penguins clearly want to finish this series as soon as possible. Captain Sidney Crosby says his team is feeling quite confident.
"We had a couple good road games, and we want to carry that here at home," Crosby said, per Wes Crosby of NHL.com. "So we know it's going to be a tough one, but I think we want to try to carry that momentum, and the way we played, into our own building. We want to be disciplined. We want to be intense."
The two teams will face off at 7 p.m. ET, and NBCSN will televise the game.
Friday's Stanley Cup Playoff Schedule
Philadelphia Flyers at Pittsburgh Penguins, 7 p.m., NBCSN. Pittsburgh leads series 3-1.
Minnesota Wild at Winnipeg Jets, 7:30 p.m., USA. Winnipeg leads series 3-1
Colorado Avalanche at Nashville Predators, 9:30 p.m., NBCSN. Nashville leads series 3-1
All times are ET. Games can be live-streamed on NBC Sports Live.

The Nashville Predators have been pushed hard in their first-round series with the Colorado Avalanche, but Peter Laviolette's team is one game away from advancing to the second round of the playoffs.
Colorado scored the opening goal in the first three games of the series, and when the Avalanche won Game 3, they had the full attention of the Predators.
The Presidents' Trophy winners have designs on getting back to the Stanley Cup Final, and there was more urgency to their game when they took the ice in Denver for Game 4.
Nashville not only scored the first goal of the game, but they scored the first three. While the Avs showed their resiliency by scoring a couple of goals in response, the Preds held on for a 3-2 victory, and they can close out the series at home.
The Preds have the edge on nearly all opponents when it comes to depth, boasting Filip Forsberg, Viktor Arvidsson, Kyle Turris, Colton Sissons and Craig Smith up front. They also have remarkable talent on the blue line in Roman Josi, P.K. Subban and Ryan Ellis.
The Avs have not been intimidated in this series, and Nathan MacKinnon and Gabriel Landeskog have been leading the way. MacKinnon can flash his speed at any time, and he has five points in the series. Landeskog has six points and has taken advantage of his opportunities.
"We haven't played our best hockey, not only in the playoffs but leading up to it," Ellis said, per Tracey Myers of NHL.com. "Yesterday was a great step in the right direction. We need to get rest and move on from last game. But I like to think we did and learned a lot from last year, not only in closing out [series] but the importance of it. Tomorrow's a huge game."
Look for Colorado to fight for 60 minutes as they have done in every game in this series, but it will be tough to extend the series by picking up a win in Music City.
