The club led the way with a video showing captain Vincent Kompany watching the end of the United game and looking a little nervous before the celebrations started:
Kompany was then quick to post his own update on Twitter as he secured a third Premier League title:
One of City's biggest cheerleaders this season on social media has been injured full-back Benjamin Mendy. It was no surprise to see him get in on the action:
Kevin De Bruyne who has arguably been Manchester City's player of the season said it had been an "unbelievable" campaign:
David Silva has also played a key role despite having missed some matches after the premature birth of his son. The Spaniard said it had been a difficult campaign for him personally and posted a picture of his new arrival:
It's a first Premier League title for Kyle Walker, who joined the club from Spurs in summer 2017, and he was in the mood to party with Mendy:
"We did it! An amazing journey to get here!! All the lads have done so well and it feels great to be a part of this really special group of players! Thank you for your support all season! #sharkteam麗 @mancity pic.twitter.com/Bpezwwn4UE

Fellow defenders Nicolas Otamendi and Aymeric Laporte also celebrated on social media:
City's success this season had been built on Guardiola's attacking philosophy, and for the majority of the season, they simply blew the opposition away.
Leroy Sane, Bernardo Silva, Ilkay Gundogan and Gabriel Jesus all played important roles and also win the Premier League title for the first time in their careers:
It's a deserved title win for Manchester City, who have been the best team in England by some distance this season. Guardiola's side have won the league in some style, and with such a strong, talented and young squad, they could well dominate the league for many years to come.
