IPL Results 2018: Mumbai vs. Hyderabad Score, Revised Table and Schedule
Sunrisers Hyderabad climbed to the top of the 2018 Indian Premier League standings on Thursday after edging Mumbai Indians on their final ball to maintain their 100 percent start to the season.
Billy Stanlake hit a last-gasp winner for Hyderabad on their last throw of the dice at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, pulling them level on points with Chennai Super Kings at the standings summit.
Mayank Markande continued his blistering rookie season in the IPL and took four wickets in a little more than 20 balls while team-mate Mustafizur Rahman took three of his own, but it wasn't enough to stave off the chase.
Deepak Hooda played a critical linking role for the Sunrisers late on in their batting order, while Shikhar Dhawan's 45—the highest run score of any player on the day—helped steer a route to success.

Sunrisers Hyderabad (148/9) beat Mumbai Indians (147/8) by 1 wicket
Thursday's one-wicket win was a much more testing encounter for Hyderabad than the victory over Rajasthan Royals on Monday, leaving Mumbai winless after two matches and gasping for breath early on in the season.
Cricket statistician Mohandas Menon detailed prior to Thursday's match that Dhawan led the IPL in fours, and another haul of eight on Matchday 6 saw him boost that tally once more:
Sterling displays from some of Mumbai's bowler corps might have yielded a different result, but the fine work of Markande and Rahman counted for little in the end, despite any progress made in the Purple Cap stakes.
The Sunrisers got off to a fast start and scored 56 unanswered runs by the end of the sixth over. However, Markande stepped up to wipe out four of Hyderabad's heavy hitters in 22 balls, per Mumbai's Twitter account:
Rahman later stepped up to remove Rashid Khan, Siddarth Kaul and Sandeep Sharma from play—without any of that trio managing to score even a run.
Cricket writer Sarang Bhalerao used this latest performance as further testament to the impression Markande is making in his debut IPL season:
Tensions were high for both teams entering the dying overs of the encounter, but Menon lauded the efforts of Stanlake, last on the Hyderabad batting order and the most unlikely of heroes:
The Sunrisers may be without star batsman David Warner following his suspension as the result of a ball-tampering scandal, per BBC Sport, but they're showing little hangover from his absence.
While their perfect start to the season rages on, miserable Mumbai remain in the search for their opening win of the 2018 season.
