Report: Rob Gronkowski to Have Role in 'Boss Level' Movie Starring Mel Gibson

New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is reportedly coming to a movie screen near you. 

According to The Tracking Board, Gronkowski has signed on for a role in Boss Level, an action movie directed by Joe Carnahan that stars Mel Gibson, Naomi Watts, Frank Grillo and Will Sasso. 

The film is centered on "a retired special forces veteran [played by Grillo] who becomes trapped in a never-ending loop that results in his death every day."

Details regarding Gronkowski's character have yet to be reported.           

The 28-year-old made his acting debut three years ago, when he played himself in the Entourage movie.
