Kevin Knox's Father Denies Meeting with Agent Christian Dawkins Amid FBI Probe
The father of Kentucky freshman Kevin Knox has denied a report that he or his son ever met with former NBA agent Andy Miller and his former associate Christian Dawkins, who are both involved in an FBI investigation into corruption in college basketball.
Per SEC Country's Kyle Tucker on Friday, Kevin Knox Sr. said he's never met Miller or Dawkins:
"Obviously the investigation is still going on, but the only comment I can say is I've never met Christian Dawkins before or Andy Miller, and if they sat next to me at the grocery store, I wouldn't know who they were. Out of respect for the NCAA investigation and the University of Kentucky investigation into this, I'd just say that I've never met Christian Dawkins or Andy Miller before and leave it at that."

Per Yahoo Sports' Pat Forde and Pete Thamel, Knox and/or members of his family are among the current college basketball players listed as having met with Dawkins.
Forde and Thamel noted it appears in the documents obtained that Dawkins paid for meals with those he met, which could be a potential NCAA violation.
Miller has not been charged in the investigation and is said to be cooperating with officials, while Dawkins faces felony charges of bribery and wire fraud.
Former Kentucky players Bam Adebayo and Nerlens Noel are also listed as having received financial payments from ASM Sports, the agency founded by Miller.
ASM offices were raided by the FBI last September, on the same day 10 people were arrested and charged with fraud and conspiracy. The arrests were a result of a three-year probe into coaches receiving financial payouts to direct NBA-bound players toward specific agents, advisers and apparel companies.
Knox is Kentucky's leading scorer this season with 15.4 points per game. Knox Sr. said "as of right now" his son will play in Saturday's game against Missouri.
