Olympic 2018 Results: How to View Live Updates for Sunday Medal Tally
The medals will continue to roll in at the 2018 Winter Olympics on Sunday as six more are set to be awarded in Pyeongchang across a range of skiing, snowboarding, luge, speedskating and more.
Some sports will naturally grab more attention than others, and the men's luge and ladies' giant slalom finals are likely to be two of the more heavily viewed scheduled for Sunday's slate.
Germany excelled early on in South Korea and ascended to the top of the medal table with two golds on the first day of competition, but Sunday could provide a chance for the Netherlands to climb above them from second.
Their strength in speedskating could provide a launchpad to the summit, while Norway's three silvers also sees them into the race to lead the medal stakes.
Here's a look at the live medal tracker:
NBC and NBCSN will have running television coverage for American audiences with medal table updates, which can also be live-streamed on NBColympics.com. Viewers in the United Kingdom can tune into the BBC for coverage, as well as via the BBC Sport website.
Austria's David Gleirscher was among the stronger contenders in the early phases of the men's luge runs, but German stalwart Felix Loch was always liable to court attention as a two-time gold-medal winner.
Loch is attempting to win his third consecutive gold in the men's singles, while Slovakian Jozef Ninis ran into some early problems during his qualifying attempts, via Eurosport UK:
The Associated Press recently reported American ski star Lindsey Vonn will compete in three events but will miss the ladies' giant slalom, a race in which compatriot Mikaela Shiffrin is hoping to dominate.
Shiffrin competed in her first Winter Olympics in Sochi four years ago and won slalom gold, now hoping to step it up a notch in the giant slalom. Still only 22, the youngster shows her age against the competition, per reporter Taylor Hatmaker:
The ladies' moguls finals and ladies' snowboard slopestyle finals will also take place on Sunday, where the American duo of Jamie Anderson and Julia Marino are each in the conversation for gold.
Looking indoors, Sven Kramer leads a quartet of Dutch demons ready to contest the men's individual speedskating 5,000 metres, backed as one of the favourites to finish fastest in Pyeongchang.
The Netherlands won eight gold medals in speedskating at the 2014 Sochi Olympics, along with seven silvers and eight bronzes, and the Olympic YouTube channel recently broke down their grip on the sport:
Canadian representative Ted-Jan Bleomen is one of the more genuine threats on Kramer's challenge, but the Dutch dynamo is chasing a third successive win in the 5,000 metres following gold in Vancouver and Sochi.
In the men's skiathlon, Norwegian Johannes Hoesflot Klaebo and Dario Cologna of Switzerland are among the favourites to top the race totalling 30 kilometres.
