Super Bowl Halftime Show 2018: Song List, Reaction for Justin Timberlake
Justin Timberlake performed Sunday at Super Bowl LII. Suffice it to say it was less controversial than the last time he took the stage on Super Sunday.
The singer began by performing his lead single, "Filthy," from his new Man of the Woods album before performing a medley of past hits—including a controversial Prince tribute. Once rumored to be considering using a hologram version of the Minneapolis native, Timberlake instead honored Prince by performing "I Would Die 4 U" alongside a projected performance by Prince.
Here's a look at his entire setlist:

The performance seemed purposefully conservative, with Timberlake likely looking to avoid any controversy following the Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction from 2004.
That said, there were a few notable moments and discussion topics—albeit not necessarily ones tied to the performance itself. Perhaps the biggest star of the event was a young boy who was able to take a selfie during the closing "Can't Stop the Feeling" number, becoming an instant meme.
There were also strong opinions about Timberlake's woodsy wardrobe, which fit with his Man of the Woods rollout but drew criticism for its...well...uniqueness.

Even stronger was the social buzz around the Prince tribute, which some liked and others...not so much.
