Tottenham Reportedly Confident of Sealing Lucas Moura Transfer
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly confident of completing a deal for Paris Saint-Germain winger Lucas Moura before Wednesday's transfer deadline.
According to Simon Stone of BBC Sport, Spurs are ready to pay more than £20 million for the Brazil international, who has fallen out of favour at the Parc des Princes.
"The Brazilian has met Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino and chairman Daniel Levy and is keen to complete the move," Stone said.

Marco Giacomelli of the Evening Standard reported Tottenham want to move quickly to sign him because they are "conscious of the need to arrange a work permit for the 36-cap Brazil international before Wednesday's 11 p.m. [GMT] deadline."
Giacomelli added that Lucas has also already been given a tour of Spurs' training facility in Enfield.
Spurs blogger Chris Miller believes the signing would tick a lot of boxes for the north London club and that they would be getting value for money with the 25-year-old:
While Lucas cost PSG a hefty sum in 2012, he has not been able to live up to his potential in the French capital.
There have been glimpses of the former Sao Paulo man's quality, but Lucas' issue has been adding consistency to his game, with the likes of Julian Draxler, Javier Pastore and Angel Di Maria surpassing him in the pecking order in recent seasons.

Getting minutes got even tougher for the Brazilian in the summer, when compatriot Neymar and Kylian Mbappe arrived. As a result, the winger has yet to start a Ligue 1 game this season. Therefore, a move would benefit Lucas.
Ed Malyon of The Independent believes Tottenham would be a smart destination:
Lucas' qualities would align well with Pochettino's style at Spurs.
Tottenham's football is based around high-energy play and dynamic options in the final third. That strategy has allowed the likes of Harry Kane, Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen and Heung-Min Son to flourish as an attacking force.
What Spurs have lacked this term is someone with searing speed in the final third. Lucas has that in abundance and would add a different edge to what is already a formidable setup.
As WhoScored.com illustrated, when he has been involved this term, the winger has made positive things happen:
Given his age, Lucas' career is still salvageable provided he gets on an upward curve at his next club. With regular games and a defined role in a team, the consistency his game has lacked is more likely to come.
Pochettino could be the perfect coach for the Brazilian, as he would add a steeliness and industry to the winger's skill set. If Spurs can complete a deal, Lucas could be a decisive factor in helping the team to clinch a top-four spot and challenge for the FA Cup.
