Liverpool, Thomas Lemar Reportedly Come to Agreement on Terms
Liverpool have reportedly agreed terms with AS Monaco winger Thomas Lemar, but the two clubs have yet to reach any kind of deal regarding a transfer fee.
Duncan Castles reported for Yahoo that Lemar, who came close to joining Arsenal last summer, has an "agreement in place" with the Reds, and Liverpool are willing to match his £90 million asking price.
The Merseysiders were also one of the clubs linked with the France international over the summer, but Monaco managed to retain his services after selling several high-profile stars from last season.

French football journalist Julien Laurens appeared on BBC 5 live Sport earlier in January and recommended a Ligue 1 stay for the creative star for the time being:
Lemar dazzled out wide for Monaco last season but has filled a more central vacancy this season, and it's been suggested the Frenchman could help fill the void left by Philippe Coutinho's departure to Barcelona.
The 22-year-old hasn't hit the same heights this term but has two goals and five assists to his name in 15 league appearances, displaying glimpses of the skill that's shot him to fame in recent times, via Goal:
The Times' Jonathan Northcroft reported earlier in January that Liverpool had cooled their interest in Lemar after learning Monaco weren't planning to lower their £90 million valuation of the player.
However, reports of personal terms being agreed with the youngster suggest manager Jurgen Klopp's side are pressing ahead with their interest, whether that be with a view to a winter or summer move.
A move to Anfield may allow Lemar to move back into the left-sided role from which he achieved such success on the French Riviera last season, although some at Anfield may prefer him in a more central slot.
Monaco manager Leonardo Jardim has also suggested an exit could be made possible by the right offer, although that's sure to be more difficult to agree midway through the season:
Liverpool have already flexed their January spending muscle by sanctioning the £75 million signature of Virgil van Dijk from Southampton, but that may have cleaned out the winter coffers to some extent.
The latest suggestions indicate Lemar himself is happy enough to complete a Merseyside move, although convincing Monaco will be a much more difficult challenge.
