Daniel Sturridge Agrees to Join Inter Milan Amid Roma Interest in Latest Rumours
Daniel Sturridge has reportedly given a move to Inter Milan the green light, but AS Roma might also join the race for the Liverpool striker if they lose Edin Dzeko to Chelsea.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Sturridge has approved a switch to Inter, who are in talks with Liverpool over a loan deal. The Reds want a €2 million (£1.8 million) loan fee, with an option to buy between €20 million and €30 million (£17.6 million-£26.4 million).
Roma are also aware of Liverpool's terms and could make their own move for him if Dzeko leaves.

Sturridge has played just 515 minutes this season spread across 14 appearances, an average of just 37 minutes per outing.
The forward has scored 64 goals for the Reds in 133 outings, but he lacks the energy and dynamism to suit the system Liverpool play under manager Jurgen Klopp.
Nevertheless, football writers Leanne Prescott and Joel Rabinowitz believe letting the 28-year-old go at this stage would be a misstep:
The Reds also have Dominic Solanke as back-up to their front three of Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane, but at the age of 20 he lacks Sturridge's experience and prolific record at a senior level.
From Sturridge's point of view, a move away from Liverpool could help him gain invaluable game time ahead of the World Cup, something he desperately needs if he is to make England's squad for the tournament.
However, while Inter could offer a strong platform for Sturridge to prove his worth, minutes could similarly be at a premium at the San Siro as they are at Anfield.
The former Chelsea man would be a back-up to Mauro Icardi—who has started all 20 of the Nerazzurri's Serie A matches this season and has scored 18 goals—and with Inter out of the Coppa Italia and not involved in European competition, there may be few opportunities for Sturridge to enjoy a significant run-out if the Argentina international stays fit.
Roma could be a better choice if they lose Dzeko, but otherwise it may be better for both Liverpool and Sturridge that he stay put.
