Reported Arsenal Target Malcom Disciplined by Bordeaux After Social Media Video
Bordeaux forward and reported Arsenal transfer target Malcom has been disciplined by his club after he featured in a video posted on social media shortly after the team's defeat to Caen on Tuesday.
As reported by Tom Webber of Goal, the Brazilian, along with team-mates Cafu and Otavio, was in a clip that showed the trio laughing following the side's 2-0 home loss, prompting anger from the club's supporters.

As noted by Webber, Bordeaux have confirmed the trio will face sanctions for their conduct.
"Faced with this lack of maturity, solidarity and respect towards the club and all its components, Bordeaux will summon the three players mentioned to a disciplinary hearing as soon as possible," read a section of a statement from the Ligue 1 side.
As relayed by Sport Witness, the result of the meeting will likely be a fine or a suspension for the players involved.

If he is suspended, Malcom may well have played his last game for the club, as speculation about a possible move to the Gunners continues to rumble on.
According to David Ornstein and Simon Stone of BBC Sport, Arsenal have identified the 20-year-old as an ideal replacement for Alexis Sanchez should he leave the club in the January transfer window.
As noted by Scouted Football, even in a disappointing display for Bordeaux against Caen, there were still moments of inspiration from their young forward:
Over the course of the campaign there has been a lot to savour from the Brazilian, and it's no shock to see a side of Arsenal's pedigree try to sign him.
Malcom is one of the most exciting players to watch in France. His blistering pace takes him away from opponents, while his ability to shoot from distance has seen him put forward a number of contenders for Goal of the Season in Ligue 1 already.
Recently, it's appeared as though Arsenal are facing stiff resistance from Bordeaux in their chase for the player, as relayed by Ed Aarons of the Guardian:
Indeed, Bordeaux president Stephane Martin has insisted talk of a deal is "wind," per L'Equipe (h/t Rory O'Callaghan of Sky Sports News). "They can always try, but they will have a hard time taking him from us," he added.
It'll be interesting to see if this infraction in the eyes of Bordeaux has any potential impact on a possible move. It's unlikely to quell speculation linking the player with an exit.
