Eric StashinOct 20, 2009
Tight end is one of the most unpredictable positions to rank from a week-to-week basis. This past week we saw Zach Miller erupt for a huge day. and this week he still doesn’t find himself on the rankings. Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
- Dallas Clark’s potential impact may decrease slightly if Anthony Gonzalez does return, but would it really matter? He’s facing an awful defensive team, who ranks sixth against the pass, and he’s had seven catches, or more in each of the last four games.
- We saw Zach Miller torch the Eagles in Week Six, so what type of performance could a tight end like Cooley post? He could be in store for a big week, though it would certainly be more promising if the Redskins were any good. I would expect them to make adjustments, but I’m not sure it’s going to matter.
- The Vikings defense has not been good, but Miller’s a little bit lower only because of the other options they have available for them. If he was on a team with limited other passing options, he’d probably be a few spots higher here.
- Kellen Winslow’s had one huge game surrounded by some mediocre ones. Does that make him worth starting? It really depends on the other options you have available to you, but he’s probably a safer option than taking a flyer on a low-end option just because of the potential upside he has.
- If you are looking for a sleeper, Jermichael Finley is as good as anyone. He’s had 15 catches over his last three weeks, and takes on a bad Cleveland team. Having Aaron Rodgers throwing the ball around the field certainly doesn’t hurt either.
What are your thoughts? Who was left off the list? Who should be higher? Who should be lower?
