Andrew Luck Doesn't Have Timetable to Start Throwing After Shoulder Surgery
Indianapolis Colts coach Chuck Pagano told reporters Tuesday quarterback Andrew Luck hasn't thrown a football since undergoing shoulder surgery in January.
Pagano added that it's unclear for the time being when Luck will be healthy enough to throw again.
"I'm not a [doctor], I'm following the protocol and he's going through rehab and we'll listen to our trainers," he said. "He's staying the course and staying with the process. So when it's time he'll start [throwing]."

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
In April, Luck told reporters the surgery addressed an injury he suffered all the way back in Indianapolis' Week 3 victory over the Tennessee Titans in 2015.
Considering how long he has been less than 100 percent, patience is by far the best route in Luck's recovery. While it's not ideal the three-time Pro Bowler is unable to throw by this point of the offseason, there's little sense in rushing him back to the field and putting his health in further jeopardy.
Somewhat concerning, however, is the fact NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported in January that Luck was expected to start throwing in three months, with a full recovery in six. Luck is well behind that recovery timetable.
The Colts don't start the regular season until Sept. 10, and their first preseason game is Aug. 13. Luck still has time to let his shoulder recuperate, but fans and team officials have reason to be mildly worried.
