Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar: WWE WrestleMania 2017 Match Preview and Pick
WrestleMania 33 will feature several huge matches, but the biggest on the marquee has to be Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar for the WWE Universal Championship.
This will be the third singles match between the two powerhouses, and Lesnar is 0-2 going into Sunday, so The Beast Incarnate will be determined not to make it three straight losses.
The buildup for this bout has been like any other featuring part-time wrestlers. We will go a few weeks at a time without seeing them, meaning it never felt like we were being oversaturated with the storyline.

The outcome almost feels too obvious. After making Goldberg look like Lesnar's kryptonite for so long, the latter needs the win to reclaim his spot as WWE's most dangerous Superstar.
The question on everybody's mind is how long the match will last. Their most recent encounter was less than two minutes, and their interaction during the Royal Rumble match was even shorter.
We know Lesnar can go for as long as needed, but Goldberg's endurance has been called into question by many on social media, and even by Paul Heyman and Kevin Owens.
Goldberg was the first guest on Edge and Christian's new podcast, E&C's Pod of Awesomeness, and he promised a "blood fest" at WrestleMania.
Since WWE no longer allows its Superstars to intentionally cut themselves to produce blood, it would have to happen the hard way.
We saw Randy Orton busted wide open during his match with Lesnar at SummerSlam 2016, so the promotion is still willing to use blood when it feels it will help the storyline.
If WWE wants them to top their previous matches, it can't have them do a few moves and call it a night. It worked at Survivor Series, but it won't work again.
Fans want to see more, especially if these two guys are being given one of the top spots on the biggest pay-per-view card of the year.
Management can get away with a shorter match in the middle of the show, but if Goldberg and Lesnar close WrestleMania, they need to do something special to have earned the spot.
With this likely being Goldberg's final match, he should want to go out in style. If he's going to lose anyway, he should go down fighting.
Sunday's show should feature some great action, and if we are lucky, Goldberg vs. Lesnar will be among the matches talked about fondly on Monday morning.
