Team News
According to WhoScored.com, both teams enter the clash with injury worries. Adam Lallana, Danny Ings, Ovie Ejaria and Daniel Sturridge are certain to miss out for the hosts, while Jordan Henderson is a doubt. A private jet was used to bring Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino back to Liverpool in time after international duty, but the duo are also uncertainties.
The Toffees will be without Seamus Coleman, who suffered a serious injury during the international break. Morgan Schneiderlin is a doubt, although he took to social media to show the fans he's moving well, per the club's official Twitter account:
Possible Liverpool XI: Simon Mignolet, James Milner, Joel Matip, Dejan Lovren, Nathaniel Clyne, Emre Can, Jordan Henderson, Georginio Wijnaldum, Philippe Coutinho, Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane
Possible Everton XI: Joel Robles, Mason Holgate, Ashley Williams, Phil Jagielka, Leighton Baines, Tom Davies, Morgan Schneiderlin, Idrissa Gueye, Ross Barkley, Romelu Lukaku, Dominic Calvert-Lewin
Preview
Both sides have been in excellent form since the turn of the year and each have lost just one of their last five Premier League matches. The international break has a tendency of wreaking havoc on the form of squads, however, and things likely won't be different this time around.
The loss of Lallana is a major one for Liverpool, as the England international has been a huge factor for his side, per Sky Sports News HQ:
Similarly, Coleman is an automatic starter in Everton's defence when healthy, and his surging runs up the pitch are a big factor in the team's attacking output. Without the Ireland international, manager Ronald Koeman will have to make some major adjustments.
The duo of Romelu Lukaku and Ross Barkley has been in excellent form of late and often play a huge role in attack. Against Liverpool's talented but inconsistent defence, the two should find plenty of space to work with.

For the Reds, Coutinho's form has been hit-and-miss the last month, but the squad has plenty of creative pulses elsewhere. Georginio Wijnaldum and Sadio Mane have both proved excellent additions, with the former in particular doing significant damage at Anfield, per Match of the Day:
Schneiderlin's availablity could be key: Without the Frenchman, the Toffees might not have the muscle to deal with Liverpool's quality in the centre of the park.
Prediction: Liverpool 2-1 Everton
