Chelsea Transfer News: Oscar Wanted by Inter Milan, Latest Blues Rumours
Chelsea midfielder Oscar is reportedly a "primary target" for Inter Milan next summer amid speculation he has a "frosty relationship" with Blues manager Antonio Conte.
According to Fabrizio Romano of Italian outlet Calciomercato (translated by Steve Mitchell), Inter targeted him last summer and look set to renew their interest in him again with new boss Stefano Pioli said to be an admirer.
Oscar has played for just 28 minutes in the Premier League since Chelsea's 2-1 defeat to Liverpool on September 16.

Conte has since opted for a 3-4-3 formation and, like Cesc Fabregas, there is little room in the starting lineup for Oscar—N'Golo Kante and Nemanja Matic take up the Blues' central-midfield roles, while the resurgent Pedro and Eden Hazard are taking up the advanced positions alongside Diego Costa.
However, according to football journalist Dan Levene, Oscar's reduced game time in October was because he was on compassionate leave after the death of his grandfather—he wasn't simply dropped by the manager.
Indeed, in the early part of the season, Oscar looked to be defying his critics with some strong performances, per Goal's Nizaar Kinsella:
The Brazilian playmaker has also shown his willingness to work from the front since his arrival at Stamford Bridge, per WhoScored.com:
He'll still face stiff competition to get back into Chelsea's starting lineup and if he fails to do so he could well be on the move next summer, but his Blues career shouldn't be written off yet.
Meanwhile, according to the Sun's Warren Haughton, Conte is looking to add to his holding-midfield options and is eyeing a sensational £40 million deal for Napoli prodigy Amadou Diawara.
The 19-year-old—who was playing amateur football just two years ago—joined the Partenopei from Bologna in the summer and is already impressing after just six brief appearances in all competitions.
Football Italia's Luca Persico and Squawka's Rory Briggs hailed his efforts against Lazio earlier in November:
While he has played far less than Kante or Matic, the youngster compares well with Chelsea's defensive midfielders this season, courtesy of Squawka:

If Diawara can sustain those kinds of numbers over the course of an entire campaign, he'd be a great option for the Blues.
Napoli have proved tough negotiators with the Blues before—Haughton noted Chelsea's failure to prise Kalidou Koulibaly from them in the summer—and having just signed Diawara, they'll be even more reluctant to part with him, so it could be a difficult deal to pull off.
