EPL Results: Saturday's Week 8 Scores, Updated 2016 Premier League Table
Premier League leaders Manchester City dropped points for the second time in as many matches as they drew 1-1 with Everton at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday.
Tottenham Hotspur squandered the chance to go top of the table, though, as they could also only manage a 1-1 draw away at West Bromwich Albion.
Arsenal leapfrogged their north London rivals into second following a 3-2 home win against Swansea City, and Chelsea moved into fifth courtesy of a 3-0 victory against defending champions Leicester City in the lunchtime kick-off.

Saturday Recap
It could have been worse for both City and Spurs as they both had to come from behind to earn a point on Saturday.
Manager Pep Guardiola's Sky Blues went 1-0 down after a 64th minute Romelu Lukaku strike, but levelled through Nolito's close-range header eight minutes later.
Everton goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg was the hero of the day at the Etihad as he made a number of world-class stops and saved two City penalties, per BBC 5 live Sport:
City were unquestionably the dominant force during the match but could not finish their chances, and they have now failed to win three matches on the bounce in all competitions.
For Tottenham, Dele Alli was the saviour, as he scored an 89th minute equaliser to keep his side's unbeaten Premier League record intact in 2016-17.
Nacer Chadli's goal looked to have won it for the Baggies eight minutes from time, but a deft finish from Alli after Son Heung-Min and Christian Eriksen's interplay earned a point for manager Mauricio Pochettino's side.

Arsenal's fans were put through the wringer at the Emirates Stadium as Swansea City mounted a spirited comeback effort in manager Bob Bradley's first game in charge.
A Theo Walcott double put Arsenal 2-0 ahead inside 33 minutes and Mesut Ozil then made it 3-1 just before the hour after Gylfi Sigurdsson had pulled one back for the visitors.
Borja Baston's 66th minute tap-in and Granit Xhaka's 70th minute dismissal then made for a tense finish in north London, but Arsenal held on to claim all three points.
Xhaka will have been a relieved man as it was his error that led to Sigurdsson's 38th minute goal, but his manager, Arsene Wenger, did not think much of the decision to send the Swiss midfielder off, per Sky Sports News HQ:
Leicester lost their fourth away game on the bounce in the league as they succumbed to another heavy defeat at Stamford Bridge.
The hosts put in a confident display, going ahead through Diego Costa after seven minutes with Eden Hazard doubling their lead just after the half-hour mark.
The Foxes looked better after the break but still could not find the net, and Victor Moses' 80th minute goal handed Blues manager Antonio Conte a comfortable win.

Even more convincing was Bournemouth's display as they hammered Hull City 6-1 at the Vitality Stadium.
The Tigers now haven't won any of their last six Premier League games and sit perilously close to the relegation zone despite their impressive start to the season.
Hull are still better off than bottom-of-the-table Sunderland, though, who were downed 2-0 by Stoke City at the Bet365 Stadium. Joe Allen's first-half double earned manager Mark Hughes' side their first league win of the campaign, per Opta:
In Saturday's late kick-off, West Ham United also found some winning form to climb out of the bottom three.
The Hammers beat Crystal Palace 1-0 thanks to Manuel Lanzini's first-half strike, but the visitors were hanging on somewhat late on at Selhurst Park after Aaron Cresswell's sending off.
