Dallas Defeat Leaves Fans Asking "Why?"
After waiting about 24 hours and brushing my teeth to get the bad taste of the Denver loss out of my mouth, I have found myself more heartbroken as the clock has ticked time away.
After visiting message boards over the past couple of hours, for the first time since the loss to the Cardinals, I have read and replied to threads created out of panic after a loss.
Normally I don't bother with this activity. It is useless for me as an optimistic fan to try and combat the reactions of lunatics. Something was different today. I agreed with some of the opinions.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The first view of mine that has been altered is my love for the Jason Garrett offense. I have been sticking up for the red headed genius since the first wave of hatred came his way, but now I can't muster up the strength to do it any longer.
When Dallas can score 30 or more points the fans tend to love the offense, and all the hatred seems to be devoted to talking about Wade's defense.
When Dallas can't score 30 or more points the fans tend to hate the highest paid assistant coach in football because he has probably not utilized players like Felix Jones, Tashard Choice, or Martellus Bennett correctly. Heck, this week after Marion Barber gave so much during the first half he was basically deactivated in the second against Denver.
Our starting running back should never be in the list of players that were under untilized by the offensive coordinator, but just like in typical Jason Garrett fashion, he showed us glimpses of what this offense can be, and then he stripped it all away by giving up on the run game.
Really the only coaching adjustment on the offensive side of the ball that I have witnessed was done by the Titans against the Steelers in the final minutes of the 4th quarter. When a team doesn't follow the old saying "if it isn't broke, don't fix it" you will find yourself feeling sick to your stomach.
At least I did.
It is just hard to understand. Why is it so hard to stick with what is working?
How can it be so difficult to get a player who is 6-6 and 265 pounds the football in the red zone?
Why would someone test Champ Bailey twice when the game is on the line and the offense is within 5 yards taking it into overtime?
Whether it is a lack of focus, or if Jason Garrett just thinks he can out think opponents every time to get a W in the win column, something needs to change in Big D.
I'm not proposing that the Offensive Coordinator is fired mid season. No. I don't want the organization I have cheered for since I was in pull ups to pull an Oakland Raiders and start canning coaches mid season.
All I ask is that someone take charge, and stick with what is going for this team. To think you run over 200 yards in two consecutive games for the first time since Tony Dorsett wore a Cowboy uniform, and then you go abandon the run. Just disgusting.
Maybe I am being too harsh, but on his youtube show, a fellow fan worded his disgust perfectly.
"I am sick and tired of defending you when all you do is let me down."
