Manchester United Transfer News: Isco Eyed for Winter, Antoine Griezmann Rumours
Manchester United are reportedly considering a January move for Real Madrid's Isco, while it has been reported that Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann will end up either at Old Trafford, Real, Barcelona or Bayern Munich.
According to the Mirror's Adrian Kajumba, the Red Devils are monitoring Spain international Isco as manager Jose Mourinho prepares to make further additions to the squad, with the playmaker seen as an "attainable midseason target."
Per Sport's Alejandro Alcazar, Isco is ready to leave the Santiago Bernabeu in the winter after falling down the pecking order, and Los Blancos are willing to let him go.

Indeed, as football journalist Dermot Corrigan noted, he is struggling to get on the pitch because of Real's wealth of talent:
Isco has featured for just 44 minutes in LaLiga this season and is not only competing with Los Blancos' "BBC" trio, but also Marco Asensio, Lucas Vazquez, James Rodriguez and Mateo Kovacic for game time.
Nevertheless, the 24-year-old is an excellent player and could make a viable long-term replacement for Wayne Rooney.
As WhoScored.com revealed, the Spaniard is an impressive dribbler:
While not especially prolific, Isco is creative and can give those in front of him plenty of ammunition. Despite not having his best season last year, he accrued 12 assists as well as five goals.
The likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial would enjoy even more opportunities to score with Isco in the side.
Isco has perhaps never been more attainable since joining Real—he could be a strong acquisition indeed, and his capture is a realistic possibility.
Meanwhile, French outlet L'Equipe (h/t Sport Witness) reported "it’s no longer a case of if Griezmann will find a place at a top club, but rather a matter of when," with United named alongside the German and Spanish giants on the shortlist of his possible destinations.

Griezmann has started this season with a bang, racking up four goals and an assist in three LaLiga matches.
Football writer Andrew Gaffney hailed him, while Corrigan reflected on how well he has developed in recent years:
He is already at an elite club—while Atletico may not have the same wealth or global following as United or the other clubs named, they have been to two UEFA Champions League finals in the last three years and won LaLiga in 2014.
However, there's still room for a step up, and the Frenchman could still be set to leave Los Rojiblancos in the relatively near future, particularly if manager Diego Simeone were to depart.
He'd undoubtedly require a significant outlay to land, but United have shown their ambition and willingness to spend big in recruiting Paul Pogba—they'd likely be prepared to do the same for a player of Griezmann's talents.
