WWE Clash of Champions 2016: Full Card Predictions After SummerSlam
Now that SummerSlam has come and gone, Raw shifts its focus to Clash of Champions, a brand-exclusive spectacular in which championships take center stage.
Yes, even the WWE Universal Championship, which looks like the demon child of Kane and Eva Marie.
The outcomes at the summertime spectacular left audiences with several unanswered questions. Though the idea of an event with multiple rematches from the month before may not appeal to everyone, the WWE Network allows the company to produce the shows at minimal cost to the fans, softening the blow of said repeat bouts.

Universal Championship Rematch

The clean victory by Finn Balor over Seth Rollins for the WWE Universal Championship at SummerSlam was just the beginning of a competitive rivalry that will only intensify over the next month.
There is nothing about the Rollins character that suggests he will let Sunday's loss go peacefully. He is persistent in his pursuit for championship greatness and will chase Balor well into the fall. That there is no other credible threat to The Demon King at this point only helps Rollins' case.
Perhaps without a snarky crowd more concerned with the hideousness of the championship and with more invested in the match itself, Balor and Rollins will deliver the extraordinary Match of the Year candidate that so many expected in Brooklyn.
Roman Reigns vs. Rusev, Chapter 3

Roman Reigns and Rusev have tons of unfinished business after their SummerSlam "match" never got started.
Instead, Reigns was once again presented as physically superior to The Bulgarian Brute, leaving him lying following a spear off the entrance ramp. At Clash of Champions, the two will likely settle their differences in a high-profile United States Championship match.
Reigns has stood tall in nearly every instance they have encountered each other.
Expect that to change on September 25 as the Superstars wage war in one of the more physically intense bouts on the live event card.
Exit Sasha, Enter Bayley

At Battleground, Bayley made her debut on the main roster, teaming with Sasha Banks to defeat Charlotte and Dana Brooke in a gigantic tag team match. With Wrestling Inc reporting Banks will take time off to heal, the opportunity for someone else to step up to the plate and challenge Charlotte for the Women's Championship has arisen.
Bayley is the most obvious choice.
After waving goodbye to NXT Saturday night in Brooklyn, Bayley's spot on the main roster is guaranteed. With SmackDown Live gaining Nikki Bella at SummerSlam, Raw should benefit from the arrival of Bayley.
With the abundance of history that exists between them, Bayley and Charlotte should be able to deliver an emotional match that not only continues the strong legacy of the title but also gives fans of the red brand a program to sink their teeth into.
Sami Zayn vs. Braun Strowman?

At some point, an established Superstar has to stand up to the monstrous Braun Strowman.
Who better than Sami Zayn, the Underdog from the Underground, to take exception to Strowman's bullying of his smaller opponents and stand up to the former Wyatt Family enforcer?
It may not make for the greatest match in the world, and some will argue that Zayn should be mixing it up with Balor and Rollins for the WWE Universal Championship, but it actually gets him on the card rather than settling for a meaningless midcard battle with The Dudley Boyz.
