Munir El Haddadi, Barcelona Agree on New Contract: Latest Details and Reaction
Barcelona confirmed they have agreed terms on a new contract with forward Munir El Haddadi on Tuesday in a deal that will keep the 20-year-old at the club until 2019.
Per the club's official website, Munir's release clause has been set at €60 million (£50.3 million).
A valuable back-up in Barca's attack for Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez, Munir played 15 times in La Liga in 2015-16, netting three goals and providing two assists, per WhoScored.com.

It is unlikely, though, that he will be happy playing such a limited role in the long term, and the 2016-17 season will be crucial for Munir as he looks to earn more first-team starts under manager Luis Enrique.
With arguably the most devastating attacking trio of all time ahead of him in the pecking order it will be a tough ask for Munir.
But there is little question the first-choice front-line players need to be used more sparingly in the future as Neymar particularly dropped off in form at the end of the 2015-16 campaign after a long season, per the Times' Gabriele Marcotti:
It has been widely rumoured that Barca are looking to add further strength to their attacking line during the summer transfer window, but reported key target Luciano Vietto now looks set to join Sevilla on loan from Atletico Madrid, per Sport.
Munir now will potentially be given the opportunity in the coming season to act as the first reserve for Neymar, Suarez and Messi in a campaign in which Enrique is likely to rotate his front line more.
A drop in form in March and April 2016—in which Barca won just once in a run of six matches—saw the Blaugrana crash out of the Champions League and almost lose their grip on the Liga title.
Fatigue among the squad was a key reason for the problems, and Munir's new contract is a sign of confidence in the player from Barca that he can add value to Enrique's side as a back-up.
He now needs to prove his worth to earn a more regular spot in the starting lineup.
