Chelsea Transfer News: Oscar Reportedly in Juventus Talks, Juan Cuadrado Rumours
Juventus have reportedly made contact with Chelsea star Oscar regarding a possible deal this summer, and the Serie A champions are set to back out of a permanent move for on-loan star Juan Cuadrado should it help them in their attempt to sign the Brazilian.
According to Italian outlet La Stampa (h/t Dan Gibbs of the Express), Oscar "is in talks with Juventus over a deal," as Bianconeri boss Massimiliano Allegri is "a big admirer."
The La Stampa report (h/t Joe Short of the Express) added Juve "are said to be willing to forgo their interest in Cuadrado if it helps their pursuit of Oscar, which is of greater priority."

Blues fans may have been hoping they'd seen the back of Cuadrado after his disastrous spell with the club in the second half of last season, but the Colombian has been virtually unrecognisable this season and enjoyed a real resurgence in form with Juve.
Translator for Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio David Amoyal and BT Sport's James Horncastle believe he has shown enough to warrant another go at Stamford Bridge when his loan comes to an end this summer:
The winger has scored five goals in all competitions this season and assisted a further seven. According to Squawka, he has completed an impressive 71 take-ons in Serie A and created 44 chances.
Here are some of his highlights:
Oscar has managed eight goals and five assists in all contests, though three of those goals came in one match against MK Dons in the FA Cup fourth round. Overall, like many of Chelsea's players, he's endured a fairly poor season by his own standards.
Bleacher Report UK's Dean Jones believes incoming boss Antonio Conte could sell him this summer:
However, sports lawyer Jake Cohen believes the choice of Oscar to promote the Blues' new kit is significant:
As an Adidas-sponsored athlete, though, that may have little bearing on his future.
Oscar is still only 24 and could easily rediscover his form in order to become a key player at Chelsea, but based on the respective campaigns of the players this season, it would not be unthinkable for the Blues to part with him and give Cuadrado another chance to prove himself in England.
That seems to be the case, according to La Stampa (h/t Short), as Conte wants to see Cuadrado in training before deciding on him one way or another, but he "may be willing" to let Oscar go.
