Liverpool vs. Watford: Jurgen Klopp's Key Pre-Match Press Conference Quotes
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp revealed he has had only a "few seconds" to pick his team for Sunday's Premier League clash with Watford but said he would be making changes.
The Reds qualified for the UEFA Europa League final on Thursday after overturning a 1-0 deficit from their last-four first leg against Villarreal to win 3-0 at Anfield.
Clearly that has been Klopp's main focus for the past week, but he is now looking ahead to the home meeting with the Hornets, per the Liverpool Echo:

Although there is little for Liverpool to play for in the league—they sit in eighth place with three games remaining—they will want to bounce back from a 3-1 defeat to Swansea City last time out.
Indeed, the German manager insisted he would not tolerate another poor display, per Ben Burrows in the Mirror: "For me the game on Sunday is quite important. It’s not allowed to play below our level in two league games in a row."
He also stressed the importance of his side remaining united as they head into the last few matches of the season, per the Echo's James Pearce:
Liverpool's Europa League run has been impressive considering key players like Emre Can, Jordan Henderson and Divock Origi have all picked up serious injuries during the run-in.
Klopp said the latter two could be available for May 18's final against Sevilla in Basel, Switzerland, but he will not take any chances, per Burrows: "He [Henderson] was really celebrating. I saw in his eyes that he believes he has a chance (for the final). Same for [Origi]. If they are available for the Sunday before then there’s a chance. Otherwise we can’t take the risk."
He also revealed that Danny Ings will not be making a return from his long-term absence on Sunday despite progressing well, per Pearce:
The reverse fixture at Watford back in December saw Klopp's side downed 3-0 by the hosts, a result Liverpool will not want to repeat at the weekend. And the Reds are surely favourites to win the clash.
Though Watford have won two of their last three league matches, they have been largely poor since the turn of the year, and Daniel Sturridge could cause their defence some serious problems. Klopp praised the Englishman's recent form, per Liverpool:
There are likely to be some tired legs in the Liverpool side given Thursday's travails, and Klopp will make changes to legislate against fatigue.
But the club are currently on a massive high after making the Europa League final, and that should translate into a good performance on Sunday.
