Norwich vs. Manchester United: Louis Van Gaal's Key Pre-Match Presser Quotes
Manchester United "have to take revenge" on Norwich City when the two sides meet this Saturday, according to manager Louis van Gaal, who said his side must win their last three games of the Premier League campaign.
The Red Devils travel to Carrow Road on Saturday with a record of six wins from 17 away trips this league season, and Van Gaal is only too aware that record must improve, per Simon Bajkowski and Samuel Luckhurst of the Manchester Evening News:
"We have to win three games in a row, two away. We don’t win too many away games.
We are second best in home wins after Leicester and 10th in away matches.
When we want to be a champion, we have to improve in the away matches, and win first away against Norwich and then West Ham United.

Alarmingly, four of United's seven away losses in the league this term have come against teams currently in the bottom eight, and Norwich will be hoping to add another dampener to Van Gaal's second season at their helm.
The Canaries are one of just two Premier League teams to defeat the Red Devils on home soil this term—Southampton being the other—and Van Gaal is seeking redemption for the 2-1 loss his side suffered in December:
It was also revealed on Thursday that Marouane Fellaini will miss the rest of Premier League season after receiving a three-match suspension as a result of his tussle with Leicester City's Robert Huth last Sunday, according to Luckhurst.
Huth received an identical suspension after tugging Fellaini's hair during the encounter, but Van Gaal saw that reaction as vindication his side should have had a penalty in the 1-1 draw, per the Press Association:
While both players were wrong for the parts they played in the fracas, Van Gaal may have some ground to claim referee Michael Oliver should have given the Old Trafford hosts a spot-kick for the offence.
Fellaini will at least be able to return for United's FA Cup final date at Wembley Stadium, London, opposite Crystal Palace on May 21, and Van Gaal said the club won't appeal the Football Association's decision, per BBC Red Wednesday:
The Belgian's absence is but the latest obstacle in a season that's seen United lose many prominent players to injury, with Luke Shaw and Bastian Schweinsteiger among those already sidelined.
Van Gaal went on to blame such misfortune for the club's collapse this season and noted that while the season started strongly, the decline perhaps couldn't be helped, per the Mirror's David McDonnell:
"You have to cope with that, but when you have so many injuries in the same positions, injuries, then you cannot solve the same problems any more.
I can only say in the end of November we had first position and after that we had a big decline. Also the injuries were a factor in that.
"
United travel to Carrow Road with a game in hand over fourth-placed Manchester City, and a win over the Canaries will take the Red Devils to within just one point of their local rivals before the Citizens play Arsenal on Sunday. Van Gaal's men will play their extra fixture against West Ham United on Tuesday, hoping to close the gap to or even leapfrog their neighbours.
UEFA Champions League qualification is the prize at stake for Van Gaal and his players, and Norwich will give the Dutchman more motivation to earn three points than most following a shock home defeat in December.
