Real Madrid Transfer News: Cristiano Ronaldo's Mother Speaks Amid Exit Rumours
Cristiano Ronaldo will finish his career at Real Madrid, according to his mother, Dolores Aveiro.
The Portuguese superstar has long been linked with a move away from the Bernabeu, with former club Manchester United and Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain both reportedly interested, per Le Parisien (via Joe Short in the Express).
However, his mother has put Real fans at ease by insisting her 31-year-old son is planning to finish his career at Real, per EFE (h/t ESPN via MailOnline's Daniel Sandford):

"Cristiano is happy here, he would like to finish his career at [Real]," she said.
"Ronaldo is a person who always wants more. He is like his mother. He has a strong personality, he is very proud and he always demands more. This is his worst defect," Ms Aveiro added.
Following a lean start to the 2015-16 season under manager Rafael Benitez, Ronaldo has again shown that he is Real's most important player, netting 31 goals in the current La Liga campaign, per WhoScored.com.
He has also scored 16 times in 10 UEFA Champions League games and has been vital for new manager Zinedine Zidane as Real have advanced to the semi-finals, per Bleacher Report's Dean Jones:
There were previous whisperings that Real president Florentino Perez had "a problem" with Ronaldo and would look "to sell him in the summer," per Spanish outlet Sport.
However, following another stellar season from the forward, there is surely no chance of Los Blancos letting him go now.
Ronaldo is approaching the end of his career but would likely still draw a transfer fee similar to the £80 million Real paid United for him in 2009.
But he remains invaluable to the Real side, and his consistency in front of goal is quite remarkable, per UEFA Euro 2016:
Ronaldo still has the ability to win games on his own—as he showed with his recent vital hat-trick against Wolfsburg in the Champions League—and Real would surely be mad to sell him on, no matter the fee.
And based on his mother's latest comments, the player himself will not be angling for a move any time soon and should be at Real for the foreseeable future.
