IPL Results 2016: Sunrisers vs. Indians Score, Latest Table and Schedule
Sunrisers Hyderabad cruised to a seven-wicket victory over Mumbai Indians on Monday in Match 12 of the 2016 Indian Premier League, as David Warner hit an unbeaten 90 runs off 59 balls at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium.
Sunrisers won the toss and elected to put Mumbai into bat first, and the visitors responded by putting on a measured 142 for six following a tricky start.
However, Warner and Co. chased down their opponents' score with two overs to spare, with the big-hitting Australian crashing a wonderful six over square leg to secure his team’s first win in this year’s tournament.

Sunrisers vs. Indians
Sunrisers, 145-3 (Warner 90, Sran three for 28) beat Mumbai, 142-6 (Rayudu 54, Southee three for 24) by seven wickets.

Warner’s 59-ball 90 helped steer Sunrisers to their first win of the season over Mumbai, who have now lost three of their first four opening matches.
Warner was once more the star for SRH, as the left-hander recorded his second half-century of the campaign and the fourth in his last six IPL innings.
The Aussie batsman correctly took the plaudits for leading his side to victory, but the form of Moises Henriques and Deepak Hooda should also be recognised.
It wasn’t an easy start for the hosts, as Shikhar Dhawan’s dreadful form extended into Monday’s action; he lost his middle stump in the opening over. It took time for SRH to take a grasp on proceedings, as they eventually ended the powerplay 33 for 1.
Henriques—who made 20 off 22 balls—exited in the 11th over after striking two boundaries and Eoin Morgan, 11 from 12, soon followed him in the 15th over.
But it was Warner who continued to put runs on the board. The 29-year-old struck seven boundaries and four sixes as SRH reached their target with 2.3 overs remaining. Warner suitably sealed victory with a stunning six.

Tim Southee was exceptional with the ball in hand for Mumbai during the defeat, with the Kiwi bowler marking figures of three for 24, teasing the batsmen with some devilish swing.
His bowling certainly caught the eye of former India international Aakash Chopra:
Earlier in the day, SRH won the toss and chose to place the onus on Mumbai to put runs on the board amid conditions that aided a level affair between bat and ball.
Mumbai suffered a difficult opening over as Martin Guptill was dismissed after just four balls. Brought in to replace Lendl Simmons due to a lower-back injury, the New Zealander’s tenure at the crease did not last long, as his prodded effort outside off stump was caught by Naman Ojha.

The Indians regained their composure but lost another wicket midway through the third over after Parthiv Patel’s middle stump crumpled to the deck following Barinder Sran’s slower delivery.
Sran received praise for his efforts from Alt Cricket for his bowling performance:
"Mighty impressed by Barinder Sran tonight. Good build for a fast bowler, mixed it up very well too. India need a bowler like him! #IPL

Captain Rohit Sharma was run out in the eighth over before Jos Buttler’s exit as Mumbai were facing an early collapse at 60 for 4. However, the visitors bounced back through Ambati Rayudu's 54 runs from 49 balls. His constant run scoring kept the scoreboard ticking over alongside the recently promoted Krunal Pandya at No. 6.
Rayudu marked his performance by joining an exclusive list, as Mohandas Menon detailed:
After 13 overs, Mumbai were sitting on a score of 72 for four before accelerating late in the innings.
However, the quick left-arm bowling of Sran paid dividends for the hosts, as he marked his career-best figures of three for 28 as Mumbai finished the day early on 142-6 after Rayudu was dismissed.
In the end, it was a scored that proved 20 or 30 runs too short.
