Manchester United Transfer News: Toni Kroos Backed for Move, Latest Rumours
Felix Kroos, brother of reported Manchester United target Toni Kroos, believes the Real Madrid star would thrive if he moved to the Premier League.
According to AS (h/t the Daily Star's Alex Harris), the Union Berlin player picked out his brother's passing as the attribute that ensures he could adapt to the rigours of English football:
"If you're able to play a great ball, you'll fit in anywhere. I don't think England would be a problem for Toni. The only adjustment would be missing Christmas. There is always a lot of talk around England and Spain. You should only believe something when it is certain."

Per Harris, the Red Devils "are prepared" to shell out £40 million to land the Germany international.
United could use a revamp in midfield with Bastian Schweinsteiger and Michael Carrick turning 32 and 35, respectively, before the start of next season and Marouane Fellaini failing to impress in a central or holding role.
Football writer Liam Canning has been critical of the latter two:
Kroos would be an outstanding candidate, and his passing is indeed his biggest strength. As La Liga and WhoScored.com revealed, the midfielder has stood out domestically and in European competition this season:
Unsurprisingly, Squawka reported the 26-year-old has maintained an incredible passing accuracy of 94 per cent in La Liga this season, and he has created 46 chances, assisting eight times.
He has also been unfortunate not to pick up any assists in the UEFA Champions League, as Squawka Football further revealed:
Younger and more mobile than Carrick, and a significant upgrade on Fellaini, the Red Devils midfield would be much improved with Kroos in the team, and his ability to create chances for his team-mates would also help their attacking play as well.

Per Richard Tanner of the Daily Express, United have been linked with Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic as they are also looking to add to their forward line. His team-mate Angel Di Maria has backed him to be a success in the Premier League:
"Players with his skills can succeed in any league in the world. He has played in the Dutch, Spanish and Italian leagues and now here in France and shown what he is capable of and won the title in every country. He can play anywhere because of his quality and who he is.
I have been lucky enough to have the opportunity to play alongside the very best. Some of them I used to watch on television or in video games. Zlatan is one of them.
"
Despite turning 34 in October, the Swede has 38 goals and 16 assists to his name in 41 outings this season, so even against superior opposition in the Premier League there's a good chance he could still make a strong impact.
United's play in the final third has often been wasteful and uninspired this year, but the injection of one of Europe's most prolific goalscorers and his relentless winning mentality would give the club an enormous boost, if only a short-term one.
