Gareth Bale Is Reportedly Costing Real Madrid €750,000 Per Game
Due to the amount of time Gareth Bale has spent injured, Real Madrid are parting with an eye-watering amount of money for his services, reported Marco Ruiz of AS English.
Los Blancos paid a record fee of €100 million for the Welshman in 2013, and given his salary, the La Liga giants pay €34.5 million each year for a return of 45 matches—if they're lucky, that is.

Bale is currently out of Zinedine Zidane's side due to a calf injury, his third this season and 11th overall since joining from Tottenham Hotspur three seasons ago.
This term, he's played just 46 percent of the minutes available to him, following 61 percent and 76 percent in his first two seasons in Spain. In total, the 26-year-old has played just 8,626 of 13,410 possible minutes (64 percent).
His continued absence means Madrid are paying €750,000 per game for his services, a figure AS says is edging "closer to a million a game" this season.
It remains to be seen when Bale will next feature for Los Blancos, with the Sun noting he aggravated his injury while training ahead of the UEFA Champions League tie against Roma.
