Doctors Implant Kryptonite in Bradys Knee
Okay, I have let the cat out of the bag. Superman's true identity as Clark Kent was all a lie. The fact is, Superman's true identity is Tom Brady. Don't believe me? Have you ever seen the two in the same place at the same time?
Tom Brady, the guy who threw for 50 touchdown passes in 2007 and then had his knee torn up in the first half of the first game of the 2008 season (I still think Bernard Pollard's helmet should have been checked for Kryptonite), has looked more like Clark Kent than Superman since his return.
Sure, there have been flashes of Superman. In the last two minutes of the Patriots' opening win against the Buffalo Bills, Brady looked like the real Tom Brady. But there have been many times, before and since, that Brady does not look like the REAL Tom Brady.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
I made a comment in the preseason that the Patriots would beat the Bills if Tom Brady played the game with one arm and it was broken. The Bills should not have even been close in that game, let alone a fumbled kickoff from victory.
Then in week two, the Jets, who have not beaten the Patriots in New York for the last 97 years, handled Superman, forcing him into bad throw after bad throw.
Tom Brady seems to be lacking confidence, a trait Superman never had. He has also thrown a lot of passes over the receivers' heads, and bounced many passes before they even got to the receivers.
Some people are quick to point out that Brady married supermodel Gisele Bundchen in the offseason, and that that alone would be satisfying enough to make anyone rest on their laurels, but not Superman (the reason for the massive security at the wedding was that they were afraid that Lois Lane would speak now and never hold her peace).
But the reality is, through the first two weeks of the 2009 season, Tom Brady has not played like Tom Brady. Maybe he just needs more time to get the timing with his receivers down. Maybe he needs to spend more time in the film room (I doubt it) and maybe he needs to get his confidence back.
But the reality is, the Patriots are now one game back in the AFC East to the team that beat them on Sunday. And unless Tom Brady finds the old Tom Brady, or the doctors remove the Kryptonite from his knee, the Patriots could be in for a long season.
