Bowl Games Schedule 2015-16: TV, Live Stream Info and Projections
Not only does bowl season showcase the best teams in college football, it also shines a spotlight on a number of the top individual stars throughout the country.
With so many bowls on this year's schedule, it's nearly impossible for fans to catch every single game, even with the benefit of DVRs.
When you're planning on targeting which games to watch over the next month, you should go out of your way to catch the four offensive stars below. They should be among the best performers during bowl season.

Leonard Fournette, RB, LSU—AdvoCare V100 Texas Bowl vs. Texas Tech

In their last game, the Texas Tech Red Raiders allowed 276 yards rushing and four touchdowns to Chris Warren III, who entered with just 88 yards rushing in 2015. The number of would-be tacklers Warren brushed aside en route to a career game was almost comical.
Now, that defense gets to play against Leonard Fournette, arguably the most physically gifted running back in the country. Bleacher Report's Adam Kramer fears for the Red Raiders:
Fournette tailed off a bit following LSU's loss to Alabama but looked like his old self after running for 159 yards in a 19-7 win over Texas A&M.
Texas Tech is allowing an average of 271.8 yards a game and 5.9 yards a carry. It's like the college football gods wanted to inflict as much pain as possible on the Red Raiders before the season is over. If they can hold Fournette to under 200 yards in the Texas Bowl, then they will have done a good job.
Vernon Adams, QB, Oregon—Valero Alamo Bowl vs. TCU

Defense was one of TCU's biggest strengths in 2014, but that hasn't been the case in 2015. The Horned Frogs are 50th in passing yards allowed (214.3 YPG) and 20th in passing efficiency defense. Meanwhile, Football Outsiders lists them 26th in S&P+ pass defense.
TCU may be facing its toughest test of the season against the Oregon Ducks in the Alamo Bowl. There were two different Oregons this year: the one from early in the year where Vernon Adams Jr. was injured/learning the playbook and the one that finished the season.
GoDucks.com highlighted how impressive the Ducks offense performed once Adams hit his stride:
Adams finished the regular season as the most efficient passer in the country, throwing for 2,446 yards, 25 touchdowns and six interceptions in nine games.
Between Adams and Trevone Boykin on the other sideline, points should be in abundance in San Antonio.
Brandon Doughty, QB, Western Kentucky—Miami Beach Bowl vs. South Florida

Only Matt Johnson threw more yards than Western Kentucky's Brandon Doughty this year, with Doughty just 106 yards short of taking top honors. In 13 games, the Hilltoppers star threw for an impressive 4,594 yards with 45 touchdowns to just seven interceptions. He's also completing 71.8 percent of his passes.
The fifth-year senior should close out his college career in emphatic fashion with Western Kentucky matched up against South Florida in the Miami Beach Bowl.
The Bulls boast a good, but not great, pass defense that's allowing 220.6 yards a game and ranks 47th in FO's S&P+ pass defense.
Western Kentucky head coach Jeff Brohm won't be afraid of airing it out against South Florida, and if he stays true to his regular-season game plan—38.2 pass attempts a game—Doughty is in line for one more big game.
Alex Collins, RB, Arkansas—AutoZone Liberty Bowl vs. Kansas State

Arkansas head coach Bret Bielema should petition the NCAA for the season to start in October, because that's when the Razorbacks have started playing their best football in each of the last two years.
Somewhat atypical of a Bielema-coached team, Brandon Allen and the passing game have been the strongest part of the Arkansas offense in 2015. Of course, this is still a Bielema-coached team, which means a strong emphasis on the running game.
Alex Collins rushed for 1,392 yards and 17 touchdowns, including a 141-yard, two-touchdown performance in a win over LSU on Nov. 14.
According to ESPN.com, the Kansas State Wildcats rank 68th in rush yards allowed per carry, and they're also allowing 159.4 yards a game on the ground.
As if the matchup didn't favor Collins enough, he may view this as his final opportunity to impress NFL scouts on the field. Bielema indicated the junior may forgo his final season, per Bo Mattingly of Sports Talk with Bo:
Collins and the Razorbacks offense will do just enough to get fans' hopes up for 2016 before the team's slow start to next year erases all of that optimism.
