Jordan Henderson's return to the Liverpool team is in part down to lessons learned from ballet.
The skipper at Anfield has missed three months with a heel injury known as plantar fasciitis, and he has tried a series of treatments to get back on the pitch.

"Henderson and Reds’ head of physiotherapy Chris Morgan tried everything to aid the England midfielder's recovery , including getting advice from the England rugby experts and the Australian cricket team.
And they even sought input from ballet schools—where similar heel injuries are common place.

Henderson took to Twitter on Saturday to deny reports that his injury would need management for the rest of his career:
"I think the injury has been blown out of proportion. I won't be in pain the rest of my career, I just need to manage it for the time being..
