Chelsea vs. Norwich: Jose Mourinho Talks Transfers, Eden Hazard, More in Presser
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho insists he does not need to spend any money on transfers in January and is confident that his defending Premier League champions can still finish in the top four.
The Blues face Norwich City at Stamford Bridge on Saturday and are in desperate need of a win having lost their last three Premier League games on the bounce to drop to 16th in the table after 12 matches.
Many of Chelsea's best players have looked woefully short of form of late, but Mourinho is adamant that he can make things work with the squad he currently has, per Jacob Murtagh in the Mirror.

The Chelsea manager said, "I will not ask any change to the board for January. I am happy with my players, I trust the players.
"I don’t need to clean the dressing room. And I don’t need to ask the club to spend money in January."
Chelsea must make history if they are to finish in the top four this season, but the Portuguese manager is confident they can pull off a recovery, per Alistair Tweedale and Matt Law of the Telegraph.
Per Bleacher Report's Dean Jones, rumours have been circulating that Chelsea have a number of January targets, but clearly Mourinho does not think he needs any new additions:
One of the most noticeable under-performers this term for Chelsea is Eden Hazard, who has yet to score a Premier League goal in the 2015-16 campaign, per WhoScored.com.
The Belgian has reportedly been under the weather in recent days, but Mourinho confirmed on Friday that he had taken part in training, per Chelsea's Twitter feed:
Despite a 1-0 defeat to Stoke City last time out—while Mourinho was serving a one-game stadium ban—Hazard and the Blues put in an improved performance compared to recent woeful outings against the likes of Liverpool and West Ham United.
The Blues manager is insistent that his side can produce another good performance against Norwich, and this time they will get the right result, per Chelsea:
Norwich are currently one point above Chelsea in the Premier League table but have won just once in their last seven matches—a 1-0 victory over Swansea City last time out.
Despite their poor recent form, Chelsea have to be heavy favourites for Saturday's clash, and anything other than a victory would send the Blues into a further downward spiral—they could even drop into the relegation zone.
Mourinho had some good news to report as he indicated that No. 1 goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois would return to fill fitness next month after a long-term injury, per BT Sport's Andy May:
He also said that striker Radamel Falcao would return from injury "in a couple of weeks," per Murtagh.
Mourinho has had the past fortnight to prepare for the visit of the Canaries, and he is clearly confident that Saturday could mark a turning point in Chelsea's season.
However, that has been the narrative for a number of weeks now, and until Chelsea string a run of wins together, their top-four ambitions will continue to be questioned.
