Chelsea Transfer News: Ruben Loftus-Cheek 'Disillusioned,' Latest Blues Rumours
Chelsea starlet Ruben Loftus-Cheek is "keen" for a loan move away from Stamford Bridge after a lack of first-team action for the Premier League champions.
Manager Jose Mourinho has used the young midfielder sparingly, despite witnessing his side capitulate in recent months.Ā
Matt HughesĀ of theĀ TimesĀ said Loftus-Cheek is "growing disillusioned" by his exclusion, and he has a host of teams willing to take him on a temporary basis from Stamford Bridge.

The 19-year-old was tipped to have a breakout season this term, but he has managed just 63 minutes of Premier League football during the campaign, according toĀ WhoScored.com.
Hughes reported Mourinho told the player he would be a "significant member" of his squad in 2015-16, but that has failed to materialise as the Blues have crashed down the table.Ā
However, the midfielder recently reminded his manager how good he is with a stunning solo goal for the club's under-21 side against Liverpool, per Chelsea's official Twitter feed:
Football tactics blogger Matt Whitehouse commented on the goal, and the quandary faced by the player:
Chelsea could also be about to lose another top youth talent, as rumours emerged thatĀ Charly Musonda wants to leave the club.
French outletĀ FootMercato.net (h/tĀ Luke GardenerĀ of theĀ Daily Star) said the 19-year-old is ready to depart from the Bridge after joining the Premier League champions' academy fromĀ Anderlecht in 2012.
Musonda signed a four-year deal with the Blues in March, and he would cost any purchasing club in excess of £10 million, per Gardener.
Transfer Guru Under Pressure

Chelsea's results have put technicalĀ directorĀ Michael Emenalo's position under threat, as owner Roman Abramovich attempts to fix recent issues.Ā
TheĀ Sun's Andrew DillonĀ reported the 50-year-old is underĀ scrutinyĀ after Chelsea's failure in the transfer market, and he could lose his job with coach Mourinho.Ā
It was a quiet summer in the transfer market in terms of purchasing for the Blues, but they have been forced to offload a host of flops, including Juan Cuadrado,Ā Mohamed Salah and Filipe Luis.Ā
Dillon said Emenalo and Mourinho are now "fighting to save" their jobs as the team's form remainsĀ stationary.

Mourinho could look toward youth as he searches for solutions to Chelsea's fall from grace. Loftus-Cheek and Musonda are both talented players, but the Special One is not known for breaking youth into his sides.
The Portuguese coach has relied on the chequebook on many occasions, but his club have nurtured a very successful academy, and now would be the perfect time to give the kids a chance.Ā
Loftus-Cheek certainly needs minutes under his belt, and it would be no surprise if he is tempted to leave the club in order to achieve this.Ā
