"For North America Residents Only"
It's kickoff weekend, and I've prepared myself for 9 to 10 hours of pure NFL football. This year the powers that be at Sky Sports decided not to show the preseason. That's fine, I thought, as long as they show the wide variety of games they did last year.
Alas, this was from what happened. I envy all of you across the pond being able to watch NFL games for free on ESPN, as this season only game is being aired at any one time...meaning that unless the game you want to watch is on your stuck my friend.
Back to kickoff weekend, so I've watched Minnesota run over Cleveland and the Giants squash the Redskins and here it was, the moment I'd been waiting for since the schedule had been released and the Bears signed Cutler.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
1am Sky Sports here we go...or not. The powers that be at Sky decided to share games with Five. For those of you who haven't experienced Five its the 1976' Bucs of the British TV world. Just finding that piece of news made me leave my wonderful 40" TV and grab my laptop to find a stream online.
Everywhere I looked, "watch online for free" but underneath in tiny writing;"for North America residents only". This one phrase brings me soo much pain. This phrase means that I must endure the waffling between Nick Halling and Kevin Cadle, two people with the same NFL experience as Micheal Jordan.
This week however NFL UK (shudder) decided that the Bears vs Steelers would be less interesting than the Bills vs Buccaneers. I was outraged, I found this choice inconceivable. I ended up watching this game on a popular streaming website first with a baby crying, then a hispanic man commentating on how "hiz boyz" are going to "bring it back".
If anyone reads this I thank you. If anyone of merit in the NFL reads this; I pray you. Please. PLEASE bring the NFL Network to England.
