Chelsea Player Reportedly Says He'd 'Rather Lose Than Win' for Jose Mourinho
Anarchy appears to be prevailing at Stamford Bridge as a Chelsea player has reportedly said he would rather lose for the team if manager Jose Mourinho remains in charge.
BBC Radio 5 Live presenter Garry Richardson (h/t Ashley Clements of MailOnline) said the unnamed individual made his feelings clear via sources, as the coach reportedly struggles to get his team to play for him:
"Let me tell you what I know on the Chelsea story. My information comes from a Chelsea first team player.
The information was actually passed to me by a football contact. I was told that Jose Mourinho's relationship with many of his players is at rock bottom.
I was told they're fed up with the way he's been dealing with some of them. They're fed up with his outbursts. I was told that his relationship particularly with Eden Hazard was under immense strain.
Here's a staggering quote. One player said recently, "I'd rather lose than win for him". Now that last quote may well have been said in the heat of the moment, but it perhaps gives an insight into the mood of some of the players.

The revelation will echo around west London and beyond, as Mourinho's time at Chelsea appears to be coming to a messy conclusion.
The Blues collapsed at home to Liverpool on Saturday, conceding three times to a side who had previously looked incapable of scoring since Jurgen Klopp's appointment as manager.
Chelsea started the match in fine fettle, but they appeared to give up the ghost in the second half, as Klopp's team offered limited, but increasing, resistance.
As Liverpool broke fast through the Chelsea midfield, it was clear to see a lack of energy coming from Mourinho's players, as they jogged back into position with what appeared little effort.
The Special One was in no mood to chat after his team's latest calamity, walking out of an interview, per BBC Sport:
Journalist Piers Morgan gave the Blues boss sympathy, comparing his endeavours to one of his main league rivals':

The Premier League champions now sit 14th in the form guide, after losing three of their previous four league games, leaving the Portuguese boss on the verge of the sack.
Owner Roman Abramovich has one of the biggest calls to make of his tenure when deciding Mourinho's fate, but he will remember his club had plenty of success in the post-Mourinho years, winning the Premier League and Champions League after his first dismissal.
The Russian will not be afraid to let Mourinho go for a second time, but Chelsea fans will be left heartbroken if they lose a managerial icon once again.
