Fabregas joined Arsenal in 2003, playing over 200 times for the Gunners before leaving for Barcelona in 2011. The Spaniard is now back in London playing for Chelsea after joining the Blues in 2014.
Ramsey lauded Mesut Ozil in his answers and said that if he could add any former player to this year's squad, it would be Thierry Henry.
The Welshman said his favourite position is central midfield and his hero growing up was former Cardiff captain Graham Kavanagh.
He singled out Zinedine Zidane's effort in the 2002 final as the best Champions League goal ever scored and had a more left-field response when asked about the toughest player he has come up against: Scott Parker.
"He doesn't give you a moment's rest on the ball and is always kicking away at your ankles or tackling you. He is definitely the toughest opponent I've played against."
