October 21, 2015, is a massive day for pop-culture and movie aficionados: It represents "Back To The Future Day."

Of course, it's not an actual holiday, but on Wednesday, it's the day Marty McFly travels in the future in the iconic 1989 hit, Back To The Future Part II.

As such, media organisations and clubs took advantage of the day with their own personal spins on it.

Manchester City recreated the trailer while removing the "K" from the title and adding Bacary Sagna, creating "Bac To The Future."

Barcelona went through various dates from the trilogy and recalled what was going on with the Catalan giants during each of them.

Schalke simply imagined McFly and the DeLorean hovering near the Veltins-Arena.

The BBC used it as an excuse for a "What if" series.

Eurosport used the day as motivation for an Arsene "Doc Brown" Wenger photoshop on the day after Arsenal's famous win at the Emirates against Bayern Munich.

The Yorkshire Post created an awesome graphic to mark the occasion.

The Manchester Evening News reminded that at this time in 1985 United were at the top of the table (even if the photo they used to convey as much was from the 26th...)

The Spanish national team wrote a letter to McFly, letting him know all that's gone on with Spain since 1985.

Brighton and Hove Albion brought the banter for their tribute.

Lukas Podolski made his own custom hat for the day, "Pass to the Poldi."
