Dorial Green-Beckham Arrested for Unpaid Speeding Ticket: Details and Reaction
Tennessee Titans rookie wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham has started to emerge as a dangerous target in the passing game, but he continues to be held back by off-field issues after getting arrested for an unpaid speeding ticket.
According to Jason Wolf of the Tennessean, Green-Beckham was pulled over last week in Van Buren, Missouri, for driving 65 mph in a 55 mph zone. The officer found that he had neglected to pay a previous speeding ticket, which prompted him to arrest the former University of Missouri star.
Green-Beckham was released shortly thereafter when he paid off the outstanding ticket for a sum of $92.48, per Wolf.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Titans head coach Ken Whisenhunt said Green-Beckham was unaware he had an outstanding warrant when he was stopped, per Terry McCormick of Titans Insider.
This is far from Green-Beckham's first run-in with the law, as he was twice arrested on marijuana charges during his time in college. He was subsequently dismissed from Missouri following the second offense.
Despite having first-round talent, DGB fell to the second round of the 2015 NFL draft, which is where the Titans selected the 22-year-old wideout.
Although he has just three catches for 35 yards through three games, he has hauled in a pair of touchdowns from quarterback Marcus Mariota.
Tennessee's rookie signal-caller is excited about what Green-Beckham can bring to the table moving forward, according to the team's official Twitter account:
Also, while Green-Beckham's production has been modest thus far, Bleacher Report's Cian Fahey believes he is a special talent from a physical perspective:
"Green-Beckham's size is surreal. Those Calvin Johnson comparisons in that department at least aren't unearned.
— Cian Fahey (@Cianaf) September 27, 2015"
The Titans have yet to make any sort of announcement regarding what the arrest might mean for Green-Beckham's status, but it seems unlikely he'll miss an extended period of time, if any time at all, for a traffic ticket.
Should the Titans decide to make an example of DGB by disciplining him in some way, look for the likes of Kendall Wright, Justin Hunter and Harry Douglas to carry the bulk of the receiving load for Tennessee.
