Noche UFC: Silva vs Delgado Live Results, Updates and Highlights

With Mexican Independence Day just around the corner, it's once again time for Noche UFC, the MMA promotion's annual celebration of Mexico's immense contributions to combat sports.

This year, the card goes down in Glendale, Arizona. It will be headlined by a featherweight clash between Brazil's Jean Silva, and Mexican-American Jose Delgado, who stepped in to replace the injured Yair Rodriguez. Silva is one of the top contenders in the division, while Delgado recently debuted in the rankings with wins over Andre Fili and Austin Bashi, making this fight a massive challenge and massive opportunity for the latter.

There will be plenty more on offer in Glendale. In the co-main event, former flyweight champ Brandon Moreno will represent Mexico opposite Joseph Morales. Before that, we'll get a fan-friendly featherweight clash between unbeaten prospects Tommy McMillen and Marwan Rahiki, as well as a flyweight clash between top contenders Alexa Grasso and Manon Fiorot, which is arguably the most important fight on the card. We'll also get an important heavyweight fight pitting Curtis Blaydes against Waldo Cortes-Acosta, and a bantamweight scrap between Dan Ige and David Martinez.

All in all, it's an excellent looking card full of relevant matchups that should produce some very memorable moments.
