Dybantsa finished with a game-high 27 points, seven rebounds, two assists, two steals and one block in his Summer League debut. The No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft helped the Wizards open Summer League play with a 1-0 record.
Tre Johnson provided a strong offensive complement with 26 points as the duo powered the Wizards throughout the night.

Peterson, the No. 2 overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft, finished with 24 points, three rebounds and two assists to lead Utah in scoring. He struggled from beyond the arc, shooting 2-of-7 from 3-point range.
Trey Alexander added 13 points and five rebounds for the Jazz, while Cody Williams made his presence felt defensively with four steals and one block. Utah dropped to 0-1 in Las Vegas Summer League play.

Despite dropping their Las Vegas Summer League opener, the Jazz entered Thursday with momentum after finishing a perfect 3-0 at the Salt Lake City Summer League.
Peterson starred during that stretch, scoring 28 points in Utah's opening win over the Atlanta Hawks before following with 25 points and 12 assists in a 109-100 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies. The Jazz then rested their starters in a 103-69 rout of the Oklahoma City Thunder to complete the unbeaten run.
Thursday marked Washington's first Summer League game, and Dybantsa wasted little time making an impression. The No. 1 overall pick scored 11 first-half points to help the Wizards build a 29-18 halftime lead.
Utah answered with a 25-16 third quarter to pull within striking distance entering the fourth. Washington responded with a 9-0 run to regain control, but the Jazz mounted one final push, closing the game on a 7-2 spurt capped by Peterson's buzzer-beating 3-pointer.ย
The rally wasn't enough, however, as the Wizards held on for the four-point victory.
The Wizards continue Las Vegas Summer League play Sunday against the Sacramento Kings, while the Jazz will face the Los Angeles Clippers later that day.
