WWE NXT Vengeance Day 2026 Results, Winners, Live Grades, Reaction and Highlights
Welcome to Bleacher Report's live coverage of NXT Vengeance Day 2026.
Here's a look at what was advertised for Saturday's special:
Let's take a look at everything that happened at the sixth annual Vengeance Day special.
Blake Monroe vs. Jaida Parker
1 of 6
Last time in action: Monroe lost to Thea Hail (NXT, Feb. 24), Parker lost to Monroe (NXT, Feb. 10)
Vengeance Day started with the Street Fight between Parker and Monroe. Both women came to the ring clad in black. As soon as the ref called for the bell, they started brawling.
They took the fight out of the ring within the first couple of minutes. Parker tried to set up a table, but Monroe took her out with an umbrella, put the table away, and started filling the ring with chairs.
Anyone who has followed Monroe's career knows she is great in hardcore-style matches, and Parker did a good job matching her energy to make this a hard-fought Street Fight.
Both women took some painful-looking shots from various weapons, but it seemed like Parker took a bit more damage while The Glamour was in control.
Even though this bout had a couple of weak moments, as a whole, it was a fun outing from two of NXT's more prominent women. Monroe was able to get the win with a DDT onto a pile of fake diamonds.
Result: Monroe defeated Parker
Grade: B
Notable Moments and Observations
Dion Lennox vs. Tony D'Angelo
2 of 6
Last time in action: Lennox lost the Ladder match (NXT, Feb. 3), D'Angelo defeated Cutler James (NXT, Feb. 17)
Lennox was waiting for Tony D in the parking lot along with the rest of DarkState. Tony had someone else drive his car so he could jump Lennox from behind with a crowbar.
After a short brawl in the parking lot, D'Angelo was able to lock everyone else out with a garage door so he could fight Lennox alone. The rest of DarkState found a way inside, but Tony D fought them off.
They were beating each other all over the backstage area even though this was supposed to be a standard match that hadn't technically started yet.
D'Angelo got some backup from OTM to fight off the rest of DarkState again. They crashed through a wall into the arena and the match finally got started once both men entered the ring.
This was a very physical fight from start to finish. It might not have been pretty, but if you like your matches to look painful, then you probably enjoyed this.
Lennox has really come into his own as a performer recently, and D'Angelo was a great dance partner for him in this bout. After both men had a few close calls, D'Angelo was able to secure the victory with a huge spinebuster.
Result: D'Angelo defeated Lennox
Grade: B-plus
Notable Moments and Observations
Izzi Dame vs. Tatum Paxley
3 of 6
Last time in action: Dame defeated Vice and Hail (NXT, Feb. 3), Paxley defeated Dame (New Year's Evil)
The women's North American Championship was on the line when friends-turned-enemies, Dame and Paxley, stepped into the ring. Shawn Spears and Niko Vance accompanied the champion to the ring.
Paxley took control almost immediately and took the fight out of the ring. She took Dame down with a rolling senton from the steps, but she ended up being driven into the same steps a moment later.
Once they got back into the ring, Dame was the one controlling the pace. Paxley would have short bursts of offense, but the champ kept finding ways to put her down.
While both women brought a lot of energy to the ring, they had a few too many sloppy moments. There weren't any major botches, but there were a lot of moves that looked off or came close to not working at all.
After almost losing several times, Paxley prevailed when she hit her finisher for the pin to become the new North American champion. The way the match ended was definitely the best part.
Result: Paxley defeated Dame to win the NA title
Grade: C-plus
Notable Moments and Observations
Kelani Jordan vs. Lola Vice
4 of 6
Last time in action: Jordan defeated Vice (NXT, Feb. 17)
Jordan and Vice have been feuding for a long time, but they were looking to close this chapter with an NXT Underground match.
Vice came into this with a broken hand, so she was at an immediate disadvantage despite this stipulation being her specialty. She was 3-0 in Underground matches heading into this one.
The lighting for this match was terrible. We understand that WWE wanted to give the stipulation a different feel, but it was actually hard to see what was going on at first.
Vice kept taking Jordan down and attempting submissions, but Lani kept finding ways to counter and focus on Lola's injured hand. She used the ring post to inflict some extra damage.
Having a bunch of wrestlers surround the ring was cool, but it's hard to believe that this turned out any better than a standard match would have been. This didn't feel like an MMA fight. It just felt like a wrestling match without ropes.
Both women did their best, and each had a couple of standout moments, but any other stipulation would have served them better. Vice ended up scoring a TKO victory to bring this to a close.
Result: Vice defeated Jordan
Grade: B-
Notable Moments and Observations
Joe Hendry vs. Ricky Saints
5 of 6
Last time in action: Hendry defeated Jackson Drake (NXT, Feb. 10), Saints lost the Ladder match (NXT, Feb. 3)
The main event of Vengeance Day saw Hendry defend the NXT Championship against Saints.
The champ had the size advantage, and he made sure to use it as he took control early and started running Saints from corner to corner and chopping him until his chest was red.
On a night when most of the matches felt chaotic, it was a little surprising to get a pretty standard wrestling contest at the end, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. They still did a good job making it entertaining without needing to use a bunch of weapons or spots that relied on parts of the set.
Ethan Page came out and stared at the NXT title. He slid it into the ring, but he pushed it too far, so both men ended up getting their hands on it. The ref took it away, and while his back was turned, Ricky hit a low blow followed by his finisher for a close two-count.
Hendry got some payback when he hit a low blow behind the ref's back. This allowed him to hit a chokeslam for the pin and the win.
Result: Hendry defeated Saints
Grade: B
Notable Moments and Observations
The Final Word
6 of 6NXT Vengeance Day had some highlights, but if we compare this to other NXT PLEs, it falls right in the middle.
Nothing we saw was exceptionally bad, but we also didn't get a single match that is going to be talked about for very long.
Monroe and Parker got the show off to a good start with an energetic Street Fight, and Hendry and Saints closed it with a solid title match. Paxley winning the North American Championship was a nice surprise, too.
One notable thing about this show was that the women outnumbered the men, which feels like a rare occurrence in any promotion. NXT may have its issues, but one thing it does better than most shows is highlight the women's division.
